Buttermilk Blue Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Buttermilk Blue®
  • ¼ cup Marcona almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 24 dates, pitted and sliced open

Method

  1. Allow Buttermilk Blue® to come to room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Buttermilk Blue® and almonds.
  3. Open dates and fill with cheese and almond mixture, dividing evenly.
  4. Serve immediately.
