- 2 cups Roth® Ultimate Firehouse shred blends
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup beer (pilsner or IPA)
- Place cheeses in a food processor. Add spices and pulse until completely blended.
- Slowly add beer and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
- Serve with pretzels, bread or vegetables for dipping.
