Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

½ cup onions, diced

¾ cup salsa verde

1 cup white beans, canned

½ cup chicken stock

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1¾ cups Roth® Ultimate Firehouse shred blends

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Scallions, hot sauce, avocado and/or tomato as garnish (optional)
Method
- Place turkey and onions in saucepan and cook until onions are tender.
- Add salsa, white beans, stock and cumin. Season to taste and cook until ingredients blend, approximately 10 minutes.
- Toss cheese with cornstarch.
- Slowly add cheese/cornstarch mixture to chili. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Optional: garnish with scallions, hot sauce, avocado and/or diced tomato.
