2 tablespoons pesto
2 slices sourdough bread
½ cup Roth® Ultimate Flatbread shred blends
2 slices roma tomatoes
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
- Spread pesto on one slice of sourdough bread. Top with cheese and sliced tomatoes.
- Top with second slice of bread and push gently down on the sandwich. Place on the griddle.
- Allow sandwich to cook until golden brown on one side and cheese is slightly melted. Flip sandwich to other side and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
