Ultimate Firehouse Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Roth® Ultimate Firehouse shred blends
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup beer (pilsner or IPA)

Method

  1. Place cheeses in a food processor. Add spices and pulse until completely blended.
  2. Slowly add beer and blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
  4. Serve with pretzels, bread or vegetables for dipping.
