- 2 cups Roth® Ultimate Mac & Cheese shred blends
- ½ cup canned pimentos, drained and chopped
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Chill for several hours or overnight.
- Spoon cheese spread onto serving dish and surround with soda crackers, bread or sliced vegetables for dipping.
